What's New?✨

Introducing a powerful enhancement for UX researchers, providing comprehensive capabilities to analyze and explore session insights with a focus on transcripts, tags, and highlights.

Transcript: 

  1. Timeline View for Transcripts: On the right side of the interface, users can now effortlessly view transcripts of the video with corresponding timelines. This feature streamlines the process of correlating spoken content with specific points in time. 
  2. Multilingual Transcript Support: As a UX researcher, you can now seamlessly view transcripts in the language selected during session configuration in the insights section. This ensures that you can analyze sessions in the language most relevant to your research.
  3. Speaker Segmentation: Each speaker or break-in speaker is now transcribed as a separate timeline. This segmentation provides a clear visual representation of individual contributions within a session.
  4.  Language Support: We've expanded language support in Deepgram to encompass all languages compatible with the platform. This ensures that you have access to a diverse range of languages for your research needs.

Enhanced Metrics Display:

  1. Total Talk Time: Above video clips, we've added the Total Talk Time metric to provide you with a clear overview of the duration of speech within each session.
  2. Longest Monologue: This metric showcases the longest uninterrupted speech segment in each session, offering valuable insights into participant engagement.
  3. Filler Words: By tracking filler words, you can gain insights into participant communication habits and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Average Emotion: Understanding the emotional tone of sessions is now easier with the inclusion of the Average Emotion metric.

 

Bug Fixes🔧

  • Fixed an issue where users were experiencing errors in fetching the next block in the study creation part. The bug has been fixed, and now users will not experience any hurdles in fetching the block and creating the study.
  • Fixed an issue where the transcripts of the session were not coming for some users. With this fix, the transcript will appear as expected.
