What's New?✨

Language selection across blocks⭐️

As researchers, having the flexibility to select preferred languages for testers and transcripts is essential. We are delighted to announce the new language selection feature across the following blocks:

  • Prototype
  • Mobile App Testing
  • Live Website Testing

This new functionality allows you to:

  • Conduct Tests in Multiple Languages: Choose the language that best fits your study requirements, making your research more versatile and comprehensive.
  • Analyze Data More Effectively: Receive transcripts in the language of your choice, ensuring that your findings are accurate and aligned with your research objectives.
  • Streamline Your Research Process: Simplify the setup and analysis phases of your research with tailored language options and automated transcript generation.

Head over to the Prototype, Mobile App Testing, or Live Website Testing blocks and explore the new language selection options. We look forward to seeing how this feature enhances your research projects!

Eye-Tracking (ET) Calibration and Validation

An enhancement has been made to the Eye-Tracking (ET) calibration process for the studies with Eye-tracking technology. After an active tester completes the 13-dot calibration, a 4-dot validation will now follow to strengthen the accuracy of the ET data. This additional validation step ensures improved reliability by comparing the results of both calibrations before proceeding with the study.

Enhancements🚀

  • Card sort character limit: You can now input up to 100 characters per card, allowing for more detailed descriptions and improved clarity. This update aims to provide greater flexibility and precision in your card sorting activities.
  • Streamlined Figma Upload: Users can now upload Figma files without a defined starting node. Select any node from the displayed list to define the journey, including all connected nodes in the respective flow.
  • Download Button for SUS Block Results: A new download button has been added to the top right of the SUS block results, allowing you to download raw data in CSV format.
  • Mobile App Block Enhancements: The mobile app block now captures specific metadata from the tester's Android device, providing more detailed insights.
  • Simplified App Update Process: Stay up-to-date with the latest versions through a streamlined app update process, featuring a pop-up notification in the UI.
  • Improved Live Website Block Design: Multiple design changes have been implemented in the live website block to enhance the user experience.

Bug Fixes🔧

  • Fixed the problem where the consent block was erroneously listed in the Group and Randomization block when adding new blocks.
  • Corrected the issue where some screens were missing from the results page during mobile app testing. All navigated screens are now displayed correctly.
  • Addressed a problem where duplicated studies with session blocks failed to launch. You can now duplicate and launch studies with ease.
  • We’ve fixed a discrepancy in the respondent count within the live website block. You can now see the correct count without any issues.
  • The Sankey chart and journey map, which were previously missing from the live website report, have been restored. Enjoy accurate and comprehensive visual reports once again!
