Release Notes - July 11th, 2023

What's New?✨

  • We're excited to introduce a fresh addition to our platform - "Demo Mode"! Once engaged, this mode effortlessly guides users to the Library page for a comprehensive exploration. With Demo Mode, you can dive deep into all the crucial aspects of the platform and interact with its key functionalities, all without impacting your actual data or settings. This novel feature offers a risk-free environment to discover and understand the full potential of our platform.
  • Further enhancing your experience, we've rolled out a new and intuitive signup and sign-in user interface, tailored to responsively adapt to your device. Along with a design refresh, we're broadening our access avenues by introducing support for Google and Amazon SSO sign-ons, simplifying your login experience like never before!
  • We've enriched our study creation process by introducing 15 new templates. This expands your possibilities, presenting a wider spectrum of research-centric templates to choose from. Now, you can take advantage of diverse pre-constructed layouts and structures, bypassing the need to build research materials from the ground up, thus freeing up more time for your valuable insights.
  • We are thrilled to introduce an upgrade to our platform: the implementation of Lazy Loading for every prototype image. This enhancement ensures that each image is fully rendered before it comes into view, preventing premature or accidental clicks on Call-to-Actions (CTAs) by testers. In essence, this improvement guarantees that the prototype is completely loaded before any interaction, delivering a more accurate and error-free user testing experience.

  • We've enhanced our drop-off and skip rate calculation for the first prototype screen. Now, users initially see the instruction screen, and any skips or drop-offs here won't impact your prototype's data. This delivers more precise insights into user engagement with your prototype.
  • We've added an instruction screen to Card and Tree Tests, improving user guidance. Before starting the test, users will see instructions including a task title and description, helping them grasp the test's purpose and context efficiently.

Bug Fixes🔧

  • Issues impacting prototype block success rate calculations are now corrected, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
  • A glitch affecting the tester view has been addressed. The fix involves proper timing alignment for Mouse Tracking data and restored visibility for Eye Tracking data in insights, empowering users with trustworthy and actionable information.
