What's New?✨

1. Streamline Moderated Research with Our New Scheduling Feature

We have introduced a dynamic new feature in Qatalyst that enables you to schedule and manage moderated research sessions effortlessly, all within the platform. With the integrated scheduler, you can seamlessly plan, organize, and conduct real-time video-based sessions, eliminating the need for external tools.

The enhanced Moderated Session interface allows you to:

  • Add meeting details and customize session information.
  • Share available time slots with participants through a calendar view.
  • Include screener questions to filter and qualify participants.
  • Generate and share session links effortlessly.
  • Allow participants to select their preferred time slots, with automatic invites sent upon confirmation.

This streamlined process simplifies your research workflow, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth execution of moderated sessions.

Note: The 3rd-panel tab is currently disabled and will be rolled out eventually. 

2. Figma Prototypes Embed Enhancement in Qatalyst

We are thrilled to announce a major enhancement to Qatalyst: the ability to embed live Figma prototypes directly into your projects using the Figma Embed API. This feature allows you to seamlessly integrate your Figma designs within Qatalyst, enabling real-time interaction with prototypes during testing and research.

Improvements 🚀

1. Background Study Cloning with Notifications

We have improved the study cloning feature to enhance your experience. Now, cloning happens seamlessly in the background, letting you continue using other platform features without interruption.

  • Notifications: Get updates when cloning begins ("Cloning in progress") and completes ("Study cloned successfully").
  • Error Handling: Clear error messages and suggestions will guide you if cloning fails.
  • Availability: The cloned study will automatically appear in your list and be ready for use.

This update ensures a smoother and more efficient workflow.

2. Enhanced Participant Invitations

We have ensured that recruited participants are properly invited to Qatalyst projects. The system now reliably triggers the Screener Response Invite endpoint, allowing participants to receive project invitations and complete their surveys as intended. This enhancement streamlines the invitation process, ensuring a seamless participant experience.

3. Enhanced URL Display for Live Websites

We have refined the way URLs are displayed on the Live website by removing prefixes such as "https," "http," and "www" resulting in cleaner and more concise truncated URLs.
