What's New?✨

  • Introducing Mobile App Testing – our latest feature for in-depth mobile application analysis. Users can now add the Mobile App Block in a study with vital data like Title, Description, and Play Store URL. This enhancement includes the classic Qatalyst features like autosave, toggles for session recording (default), Eye Tracking (ET), and Facial Coding (FC).
  • Excited to present Prototype Lite! An alternate, lighter version of our prototype testing, it employs images with hotspots instead of iframes, enhancing loading speeds for a smoother testing experience.
  • We have made some enhancements to our 5-Second block, which includes viewing options for 5-second block results aimed at refining your insights and user experience.
    • Image Fitting Options: Alongside the existing insights, users now have additional image fitting configurations, providing greater control and customization. Choose from "Fit to Screen," "Fit to Height," "Fit to Width," or "Use Original" options, enabling tailored viewing of images within the 5-second block results.
    • Mouse Scroll Data Display: Furthermore, mouse scroll data will now be displayed based on the previously configured Movement Tracking selection during setup. This added feature ensures that scroll data is presented in a manner that aligns with your specific configuration, offering more detailed and relevant insights.
  • Presenting the Video Screener Block in the Qatalyst app, a dynamic tool for user testing. This addition enables users to create a block for testers to record and submit videos. It can be effectively combined with other blocks for a richer testing experience, allowing testers to share insights through video recordings.


Bug Fixes 🔧

We're pleased to share a series of updates that enhance the Qatalyst experience, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and user satisfaction:

  • Customizing your panel's logo to reflect your organization's identity is now seamless, thanks to our resolution of the logo change issue in the panel configuration.
  • The prototype test block now delivers a consistent view in both tester and preview modes across browsers, resolving previously encountered display issues.
  • Enhancements in the media recording results section now ensure the AI summary is accurately generated, providing a detailed and relevant overview of your recordings.
  • Image replacement within the 5-second A/B testing and preference blocks in Safari is now a smooth process, free from any previous disruptions.
  • The hard refresh issue leading to a blank page has been fixed. Refreshing from the settings will now redirect you to the correct page, as intended.
  • We've eliminated flickering while scrolling through icons in the reports section, ensuring a smoother and more pleasant navigation experience.
  • Facial coding data now displays with enhanced precision, truncated to two decimal points, atop the FC graph for clear and accurate analysis.
  • Improved Panel Integration validation now offers a more streamlined method for reaching diverse audiences, augmenting both functionality and interface.
