What's New?
Localisation of Studies!
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows UX researchers to select the local language that testers will see while taking the test. This feature enables you to configure the test in preferred language, enhancing the user experience and ensuring more accurate feedback.
Available languages include:
- GCC Arabic
- French
- Spanish
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Portuguese
- Dutch
- Russian
- Simplified Chinese
Testers can now engage with tests in their local language, making the process more intuitive and accessible!
Bug Fixes
- Resolved a bug where tags were misaligned with the respective transcripts in results and reports. Tags will now be correctly aligned with the transcripts, as expected.
- Resolved a bug where applying filters and navigating between different test blocks caused the applied filters to be removed, showing incorrect insights. Now, the correct insights for the selected testers will be displayed consistently when filters are applied.
- Resolved a bug where the created date for teams was incorrectly displayed as the latest deployment date in the tooltip. The correct created date will now be shown as expected.
- Resolved a bug where new users visiting the Library were shown an incorrect "No Results Found" message, which was misleading. A more informative and user-friendly message is now displayed: "Your library is currently empty. Start adding studies to see them here," along with guidance on how to get started.
- Resolved a bug where tests taken from the Lucid panel were incorrectly shown as completed on the audience page, even when testers had not finished the test. Now, users who drop off will no longer be marked as completed, ensuring accurate test status visibility.
- Resolved a bug where the journey path count was incorrect in one of the prototype blocks within the workspace. The total respondent count on the last screen now accurately matches the defined journey path.
