What's New?

  • Introducing the new Panel Management feature! This tool allows researchers to easily manage a tester database directly within the platform. Accessible across all studies in your workspace, you can swiftly view, add, or remove testers. Dive into the Panel Management section to explore more.
  • Added aggregated Duration and Respondent data on the details page for a holistic journey view. This consolidated approach streamlines data analysis, highlighting overarching trends across the entire journey. Dive in for clearer insights!
  • Now, transcripts align with the language chosen during the session setup in insights. Set your preferred language during configuration, and see corresponding language transcripts post-session. Dive into insights with ease!
  • Now easily share tests with testers from panel management. On the share page, select testers to share with. This brings up a mail compose UI with tester details pre-filled. Craft your test instructions email, which includes a direct button for testers to start the test.
  • Now users can leverage Areas of Interest (AOI) data in live reports. Especially useful with Eye Tracking (ET) data, you can analyze screens in a prototype with AOI insights, offering a deeper view of user gaze patterns and interactions.

Enhancement

  • To further safeguard user data and enhance the experience, a delete confirmation popup has been added in the session block. If you try to delete a block with data, this popup appears, helping prevent unintentional data loss. Upon seeing the popup, you can double-check and confirm the deletion if desired.
  • Enhanced the session block to streamline meeting scheduling. When setting a start time, the end time will auto-populate using the minimum meeting interval. If you set the start at 4:00, the end will auto-adjust to 4:30, reducing manual duration inputs.

Bug Fixes

  1. Addressed a bug in MCQ/Checkbox blocks where logic was unintentionally deleted when editing or adding options. Logic will now remain intact unless intentionally deleted.
  2. Rectified an issue in the session block. Now, validation is applied immediately when adding multiple sessions, ensuring data integrity.
  3. Fixed a 400 error that users faced when navigating images or accessing metrics with AOI selected. The Media-insights API now runs seamlessly.
  4. Corrected a bug where last-screen drop-offs were mistakenly counted as "Completed journeys" in the Treeview. Drop-offs are now accurately represented.
  5. Resolved sporadic "Undefined" and "error getting next field" messages that could interrupt tests. Test experiences are now smoother.
  6. Fixed an oversight where a confirmation pop-up wasn't shown in the session block upon attempted closure after form completion. This pop-up now safeguards against unintentional data loss.
  7. Addressed a Mail Share bug where "Undefined" was sent in the request URL. The email sharing process is now streamlined and error-free.
