What's New?✨

  • Introducing the Observer Role to our Moderated Session Block! Observers can now discreetly attend the entire session unseen by other participants, enhancing privacy and enriching the session experience.

Note : Our latest update now limits the share screen feature in the tester view to its designated tab only.

Bug Fixes🔧

  • We've resolved the issue with the Eye Tracking(ET) results where the heat map was not showing for multiple testers. Now the heat map results are accurate concerning the testers selected.
  • We have addressed the issue regarding the incorrect colour representation in the thumbs up/down block. The success icon now appears in green while disappointment is represented in red. This improvement is aimed at enhancing your overall experience as a tester.
  • We fixed the issue with the delete option in the audience section. Before, there was a problem where the participant count didn't decrease after using the delete option. But now, the delete option works well and shows the correct number of participants.
  • We have resolved the problem of incorrect summary data and discrepancies in respondent matching with the tester list. Corrective measures have been taken to ensure accurate summary data and aligning respondent count.
  • We have fixed the problem with the image not uploading in the preview and tester view for the thank you page. The image is now updating properly based on the configuration.
  • The problem with integrating the Dynata panel and deleting saved panel details from the audience tab has been solved. With this fix, users can now delete their saved panel details and utilize the Dynata panel integration effortlessly, allowing them to effectively reach a broader and more targeted audience.
