What's New? 

We are excited to announce the new update in Prototype Testing. In the insights section summary, we now display the Alternative Success Rate, providing valuable metrics on user behaviour. The Alternate Success Rate is a percentage that showcases the number of users who have explored non-defined paths but still managed to reach the goal screen successfully. This data offers a deeper understanding of user interactions, enabling you to uncover hidden opportunities and potential improvements in your prototypes.

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our collaboration capabilities! As a valued collaborator, you now have the flexibility to edit and update your profile details with ease. You can personalize your information, ensuring it is always accurate and up-to-date. Moreover, the best part is that these changes will be seamlessly reflected in all your awareness and collaboration work across different studies.

We have enhanced the toaster messages across the platform! With this update, toaster messages will now come with a distinct header and message format, providing a more informative and visually appealing experience.

 

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug related to the placement of the back-to-top button. Previously, users encountered an inconvenience as the button was not positioned correctly, requiring horizontal scrolling to access it. With the latest patch, the back-to-top button is now optimally placed, enhancing user experience. 

Fixed a bug in the Mobile Tester view affecting the alignment of the 5 Seconds block image. With this bug fix, the 5 Seconds block image is now correctly aligned, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing user experience.

Fixed a bug that was affecting the UX blocks insights page. The issue occurred when users repeatedly selected and unselected the Mouse click analytics option, resulting in a distorted heatmap being displayed on the image. The bug has been fixed. Now, when users toggle the Mouse click analytics option, the heatmap will display accurately on the image, providing clear and reliable insights into user interactions.

Fixed a bug related to the placement of hotspots in the Insights section. The issue occurred when the "Contain in Screen" option was not enabled, and the Insights page involved scrolling. With the latest bug fix, the placement of hotspots now functions correctly even when the "Contain in Screen" option is not enabled, ensuring accurate and consistent points are displayed in the Insights section.

Fixed a bug which was hindering the study from getting deleted when there were any collaborators associated with it. With our latest bug fix, you can now confidently delete studies regardless of whether they have collaborators or not.
