Release Notes - 22nd May, 2023

What's New?✨

  • We are delighted to introduce a new field on our Insights page that enhances the analysis of user engagement. In this release, we have added a new field called "Bounce Rate", which is calculated by clubbing skip and dropoff rates. This percentage value provides valuable insights into user behaviour and helps you understand the bounce rate for your content or surveys.
    • Bouce = Dropoff + Skip
    • Bounce Rate = ((Dropoff + Skip)/ Number of testers)*100
  • User Journey in Insights: Added a feature in the insights for prototype testing that allows you to visualize the user journey through screens and gain valuable insights into user behaviour. This feature allows you to understand the sequence of screens visited by users and their interactions with your design or application. In this update, we have included the average time spent on the journey, average time spent on each screen, and drop-off details, providing you with comprehensive information about user engagement and retention.
  • Study Template: Introduced a powerful new feature that simplifies and streamlines the process of creating your studies. In this update, we have added templates that you can utilize to quickly set up and customize your studies, saving you time and effort while maintaining consistency in your research methodology.
  • Error Message: Introduced an enhanced feature that provides clear and actionable feedback when validation errors occur during the study creation process. In this update, we have implemented a comprehensive validation system that identifies and highlights errors, allowing you to easily identify and resolve them before publishing your study.
  • UI Correction: We have made some user interface (UI) corrections in the study creation page to enhance the overall user experience. These changes address specific areas of improvement to make the study creation process more intuitive and user-friendly.

Bug Fixes🔧

  • We have addressed a bug that previously prevented the tester filter screen from scrolling up from the bottom to show the user percentage after applying the filter on the tester IDs. With this bug fix, the scrolling behaviour has been corrected to ensure a smooth user experience.
  •  Fixed an issue that affected the visibility of the supported Figma file message in the Prototype block of our application. Previously, due to a scroller, the message was not visible to users. With this bug fix, the supported Figma file message is now displayed properly.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the number of users and drop-off count to increase erroneously in the reports when users accessed the preview of a published study. With this bug fix, the user and drop-off count will now be accurately reflected in the Reports regardless of whether users access the preview of a published study, providing reliable data for analysis.
