What's New?✨

  • Introduced a validation message to inform users about obvious errors when setting up a prototype test, such as when the user selects a start screen and an end screen without defining a journey via hotspots, a validation message will now be displayed, alerting the user to the missing journey.
  • We have introduced the expanded view of results with direct access to the technology used while viewing the result of your studies. Users can now conveniently view an expanded version of the results.
  • Fixed some UI-related issues in the Live reports available for the studies.

Bug Fixes🔧

  • We've fixed a problem that prevented users from copying and pasting text into the question and description fields when creating a study. This means that now you can easily copy and paste text, which will help you be more productive and efficient when creating your study.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed users to send invitations to users who were already part of the organization. Now, the users will receive an error message in the invitation form, and they will not be able to send invites to the existing users in the organization.
  • Resolved an issue where applying filters to testers in the results page for Paragraph and Short answer blocks resulted in a blank screen. With this fix, users can now successfully apply filters to narrow down the displayed results.
  • Resolved an issue where selecting the "Others" option in the tester view and submitting the block did not display the selection on the results page.  This bug has been resolved, users can now view the selection of the "Others" option, ensuring accurate representation and analysis of responses in the tester view.
  • Resolved a critical issue where the Insights API was throwing a 500 error for dropped-off testers. This bug has been fixed, and now the users will be able to view insights for the testers who dropped the test.
  • Resolved an issue where the screen did not scroll up to display the image percentage after applying a tester filter. With this bug fix, the screen will now automatically scroll up, ensuring that users can view the image percentage conveniently.
