What's New?✨

Unveiling the New Funnel Editing Feature🕵️

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new enhancement where users can now seamlessly edit the journey tree funnel to create a more comprehensive and tailored experience. This new functionality allows you to easily add, delete, and merge screens within your journey funnel, providing greater flexibility to align the funnel with your research objectives and expectations.

Node Management Features 🌐

Add Node: Easily expand your network by clicking the "+" icon to add a new node. Simply select the desired testers from the dropdown menu to link them to your newly added node.

Delete Node: Currently, you can delete nodes individually by selecting them one at a time. Stay tuned—multi-node deletion capabilities will be available soon.

Merge Node: Combine any two selected nodes effortlessly. Merging is limited to two nodes at a time with the same parent.

Enhancement🚀

With this enhancement, users have two streamlined options for task assignment:

  • For a single-task assignment, you can utilize the Live Website block from the Task Research section. This allows you to focus on one specific task for users to complete.
  • If you need to assign multiple tasks within the tester flow, you can use the Multitask Website block from the Unmoderated section. This option enables you to manage and track multiple tasks efficiently within a single test sequence.

Bug Fixes🔧

  • We have fixed the time format in screen recording metrics, which was previously displayed as a percentage instead of minutes. Time is now shown in minutes as expected.
  • We have fixed the issue where the thank you block was being replaced when the GnR block was deleted from the configuration. The configuration process is now seamless.
  • We have fixed the problem where blocks could be edited in preview mode. Blocks can now no longer be edited in preview mode as intended.
  • We have fixed the issue where tech data was not appearing on the results page of video recordings. Data points now reflect correctly.
  • We have fixed the 402 error that occurred during subscription checkout. Users can now complete their subscriptions without encountering errors.
  • We have fixed the issue where the Likert scale block was not visible in the tester view for live and multitask websites. The block is now visible as expected.
